We welcome our new accountant Miss Daniela Glaser, who will take charge of the accounting as of 1.September 2009.

Miss Alexandra Rivkina, a student who had joined us for her last internship prior to graduation. She will work on some projects in order to put her theoretical knowledge into practice.

On 12.01.2009 we will participate in the 3rd Moscow Night in Vienna in 2 ways, first we will be a sponsor and secondly we will enjoy the night with some of our guests who happen to be at this time in Vienna.

2008 was a very succesful year without major changes in the company nor staffing structure. Mainly the company consolidated its strength in the various sections.

1st of September 2007: our apartment house in Fischbach was completed with the support of our architect Plannungsgruppe Viereck and the project manager Mrs. Brandtner. All apartments were rented within days and we thank also the major of Fischbach for a quick resolution in regards to final acceptance certifikate for occupancy. We are left with our 2 vacation apartments which are most of the year booked by local as also international guest.

09.2005 Since September 2005 we have a new office in Vienna (1030, Salesianergasse 4/3) and invited a native Russian speaker Tamara Salagaeva, living 13 years in Vienna, with experience handling real estate projects to join our team. (See under offices).

07.2005 The company has acquired an apartment-hotel in Fischbach-Alps, surrounded by the largest forest in Middle Europe. Fischbach is a health resort in an unspoiled environment, the right place to relax from stress, and regenerate body and mind.
